Designed by American Commercial Contractors as the office headquarters for DataVox Technologies, this LEED SILVER, 48,000 sq. ft. facility will be constructed along Beltway 8 near Bellaire Blvd. The building features a unique 3 story curtain wall lobby with sky bridges accessing the front entrance pods. It will feature Kone glass elevators, a large server room, a networking operational center, a meeting/assembly room that creatively utilizes a portion of the lobby that can be separated from the main traffic areas with the use of pocket doors, 38,000 sq. ft. of class A offices and finishes, open concept designed offices, with numerous break/meeting/huddle areas, balconies, exercise facilities and a large shipping receiving dock and warehouse.
Construction is slated to begin in November of 2011 and will be completed in August of 2012.
