This facility is a 30,000 sq. ft. tilt-wall light industrial warehouse, incorporating a steel frame design with a concrete curtain wall. The structure includes 6,600 sq. ft. of Class A office space, extensive electrical testing areas, as well as covered parking and warehouse helicopter fans. The project was designed and constructed by American Commercial Contractors in just over five months time from ground breaking to completion.
