This building is a 30,000 sq. ft. tilt-wall industrial warehouse with 8,500 sq. ft. of Class A office space. The building features three helicopter fans, and integrates an elaborate electrical system with varying voltage capabilities, enabling the operators to test electrical equipment from around the world. Extensive site work was incorporated into the design with almost two acres of concrete drives and storage installed. The project is the first of three buildings to occupy an eight acre site.
