The building is a two level, state of the art modern medical clinic that will be operated by Fondren Medical Associates. Building features include 16 separate physician clinic suites, MRI, X-Ray, Ct Scan, and full service laboratories. The facility will also operate a modern Executive Wellness Center. The project will be a high profile building along the Beltway 8 roadway, with construction beginning in November 2011, with completion in December 2012.
